In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government here by makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th October, 1999 vide number S.O. 1039 (E), dated the 20th October, 1999 namely: In the said notification, - (i) in paragraph 3, in sub paragraph (a), for the words, figures and brackets “land measuring 895.913 hectares (approximately) or 2213.80 acres (approximately)", the words, figures and brackets “land measuring 897.764 hectares (approximately) or 2218.37 acres (approximately)” shall be substituted; (ii) in Schedule 'A' - (a) under heading “ALL RIGHTS" the following table shall be substituted namely; +-----+-----------------+---------------+----------------+---------------+-----------+-----------------+----------+ | S. BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION: A-B-B1-B2-B3-B4-C Line starts from point 'A' in Village Parsodikala and passes through plot numbers 672, 542, 538, 541, 525, 544, 545, 518, 517, 516, 515, 514, 551, 552, 554, 498, 497, 469, 463, 468, 1026 and passes through along Northen boundary of Gungutta river and meets at point 'B1' and passes through Eastern Boundary of plot number 1026 of Village Parsodikala and meets at point 'B2' and passes along Southern Boundary of Ghunghutta River and meets at point 'B3' and passes along Western boundary of plot number 719 of village Amera and meets at point B4 and passes through along Northen boundary of Gungutta river and meets at point 'C'.
