6293 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3889 ] NEW DEL HI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 2 7, 2024 /ASVINA 5, 194 6 CG-DL-E-27092024-257557 MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th September, 2024 S.O. 4247 (E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O. 4942(E) , dated the 14th November, 202 3, issued under sub -section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred as to the said Act) , and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), dated the 16th November, 2023, the Central Government gave notice of its intension to acquire 4.21 hectares (approximately) or 10.4 0 acres (approximately) the land and all rights in or over such land describ ed in the Schedule annexed to that notification; And whereas the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government , after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting the Government of West Bengal, is satisfied that the lands measuring 4.21 hectares (approximately) or 10.40 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such land as described in Sch edule appended hereto should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in or over the land measuring 4.21 hectare s (approximately) or 10.40 acres (approximately) as described in the Schedule are hereby acquired. The plan bearing number GM/JNR/LAND/2024 -25/CBA(Sec 9)/205 dated 11th June, 2024 of the area covered by this notification may be inspected in the office of the Collector, District Paschim Burdwan (W est Bengal ) or in the office of the Coal Controller , Coal Controller’s Organization, Ministry of Coal, Scope Minar, 5th Floor, Core II, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092 or in the Office of the Director Technical (Project and Planning), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Sanctoria, Post Office Dishergarh, District Paschim Bardhaman 713333 , West Bengal . Plot no.340 of the mouza Ckakbanbahal, J.L. no. 17. 2) Line A 2-A3: The line starts from the point A 2, runs towards north -east up to the point A 3 within the R.S. Plot no.340 of the mouza Ckakbanbahal, J.L. no. 17. 3) Line A 3-A4: The line starts from the point A 3, runs towards south -east up to the point A 4 within the R.S.
