6286 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3883 ] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 2 7, 2024 /ASVINA 5, 194 6 CG-DL-E-27092024-257544 MINISTRY OF POWER NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2024 S.O. 4241 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby declares the computer resources relating to; (i) Internet Gateway Router (ii) Network Management System (iii) Security Operations Center (iv) Network Operations Center (v) IP Detail Record (vi) Route Reflector (vii) Authentication Authorization and Accounting (viii) Active Directory (ix) Domain Name System Server (x) Anti-DDoS Solution being Critical Information Infrastructure of the POWERGRID Teleservices Limited [PowerTel] and the computer resources of its associated dependencies to be protected systems for the purpose of the said Act and authorises the following personnel to access the protected system, namely: a. any designated employee of the PowerTel authorized in writing by the PowerTel to access the protected system b. any team member of contractual managed service provider or third -party vendor who have been authorised in writing by the PowerTel for need -based access; and c. any consultant, regulator, Government Official, auditor and stakeholder authorised in writing by the PowerTel on case to case basis. 2.
