L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2672] NEW DELHI, TUES DAY , JUNE 27, 2023/ASHADHA 6, 194 5 CG-DL-E-27062023-246841 MINISTRY OF POWER NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2023 S.O. 2792(E).—In exercise of the pow ers conferred by clauses (b) and (d) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby specifies the self -ballasted LED lamps for general lighting services h aving rated power from 3 watts to 35 watts, that works on single phase alternating current supply up to and including 250V, 50 Hz for the purpose of the said Act and direct that any such appliances or class of appliances being manufactured or sold or purch ased or imported for sale shall display particulars on labels in such manner, as specified in the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Self -ballasted LED Lamps), Regulations, 2023. Secy. 1* ≥90 और <105 2** ≥105 और <120 3*** ≥120 और <135 4**** ≥135 और <150 5***** ≥150 NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2023 S.O. 2793 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Co nservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, further to amend the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Sect ion 3, Sub -section (ii), vide number S.O. 4097 (E), dated the 27th December, 2017, namely: — In the said notification, in paragraph 3, in sub -paragraph (3), (i) for the figures, letters and words “1st January, 2021 to 30th June, 2023”, occurring at both the places, the figures, letters and words “1st July, 2023 to 30th June, 2026” shall be substituted. (ii) for the table 3.2, the following TABLE shall be substituted, namely: - TABLE 3.2 Valid from 1st July, 2023 to 30th June, 2026 Star rating Luminous Ef ficacy (Lumen/Watt) 1* ≥90 and <105 2** ≥105 and <120 3*** ≥120 and <135 4**** ≥135 and <150 5***** ≥150 [F.
