Arvalli - 383345, Gujarat is recognized by State Government of Gujarat and Gujarat Nursing Council to conduct ANM and GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-11/13346-INC dated 16/06/2023 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the Commissioner (Health), & Ex-Officio Secretary (Public Health & Family Welfare) Block No. 05, 1st Floor Old Sachiwalay, Dr. Jivraj Bhavan, Sector No. 10, Gandhinagar – 382010, Gujarat was issued. Copy of the notice dated 16/06/2023 was also enclosed Aravalli School of Nursing situated at Juna Takhatpur, PO Mahiyapur, TA Malpur, Distt. Arvalli – 383345, Gujarat. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Aravalli School of Nursing. Even the institution Aravalli School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 15/02/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run ANM and GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 22/09/2023 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM and GNM from Aravalli School of Nursing situated at Juna Takhatpur, PO Mahiyapur, TA Malpur, Distt.
