(1) This Order may be called the Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism (Implementation of Security Council Resolutions) Fifth Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Offici al Gazette. 2. In the Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism (Implementation of Security Council Resolutions) Order, 2007, in the Schedule, in Annexure 1, – (a) under the heading ―A.
