Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft Operations) Amendment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Offic ial Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Civil Aviation (Height Restrictions for Safeguarding of Aircraft Operations) Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as said rules), - (i) In Schedule IV, Part -1, under the heading “ AERODROME OPERATED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENTS AND PRIVATE OWNERS (AERODROMES LICENSED FOR PUBLIC/PRIVATE USE AND PLANNED RCS AIRPORTS), after S. No. 43 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - S.
