NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th June, 2025
S.O. 2792(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation
Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes
the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1022(E), dated the 2nd March, 2023,
namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 3, in sub-paragraph (1), for Table 3.1, the following shall be substituted,
namely: -
"Table 3.1(A)
(Valid from the 1st July, 2023 to 31st March, 2026)
