Ramachandrapuram, Dist. East Godavari Pin Code 533255 Andhra Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct B.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-02/16039-INC (56270) dated 03/05/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Andhra Pradesh 5th Floor, Ground Floor, Room No. 157, A.P. Secretariat, Velegapudi, Amaravathi 522503, Andhra Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 03/05/2024 was also enclosed to Raja Ratna College of Nursing situated at 1-374, Rajaratna Nagar, A- Agraharam (V), Dr. B.R Ambedka Konaseema Dist. Ramachandrapuram, Dist. East Godavari Pin Code 533255 Andhra Pradesh In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Raja Ratna College of Nursing. Even the institution Raja Ratna College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 18/01/2024 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run B.Sc. (N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 26/10/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of B.Sc(N) from Raja Ratna College of Nursing situated at 1-374, Rajaratna Nagar, A- Agraharam (V), Dr. B.R Ambedka Konaseema Dist.
