No. 18-27/12128-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Gcon, Jaisalmer, ANM Training Centre situated at ANM Training Centre Campus Swasthya Bhawan Dedansar Road, Jaisalmer, Distt. Jaisalmer 345001 Rajasthan is recognized by State Government of Rajasthan and Rajasthan Nursing Council to conduct ANM and B.Sc (N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-27/12128-INC (56983) dated 03/05/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to The Principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Rajasthan, Room No. 5208, Govt. Secretariat Main Building, Jaipur Rajasthan – 302005 Rajasthan was issued Copy of the notice dated 03/05/2024 was also enclosed Gcon, Jaisalmer, ANM Training Centre situated at ANM Training Centre Campus Swasthya Bhawan Dedansar Road, Jaisalmer, Distt. Jaisalmer 345001 Rajasthan. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Gcon, Jaisalmer, ANM Training Centre Even the institution Gcon, Jaisalmer, ANM Training Centre has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 04/09/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run ANM and B.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 26/10/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM and B.Sc(N) from Gcon, Jaisalmer, ANM Training Centre situated at ANM Training Centre Campus Swasthya Bhawan Dedansar Road, Jaisalmer, Distt.
