S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:

S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:

S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:

S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:

S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:

S.O. 2404(E). - Whereas M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited, the applicant, with its registered office at
Office A-001, Upper Ground P-5, Pentagon Tower, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411013, India, has applied
for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the
transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private
Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter 25-17/41/2023-PG dated 09.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for
its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh”.
M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Times of
India (in English) dated 24.11.2023, Nai Duniya (in Hindi) dated 24.11.2023, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
30.12.2023 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2
Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 22.04.2024 declaring that no observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of
publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and newspaper publications.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for
providing connectivity to M/s Sprng Vayu Vidyut Private Limited for its proposed 156.24 MW Wind Generation
Project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. SVVPL wind generation plant (generation switchyard located in village Hazaratpur, Taluka Dhar, District
Dhar, Madhya Pradesh) – Rajgarh (PG) 220 kV S/c line on D/c tower.
(The total line length is approx. 30 km, out of which 28 Km would be implemented as single circuit line on
double circuit towers and balance 2 km from Rajgarh (PG) S/s end would be implemented as single circuit line
on multi circuit towers).
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Madhya Pradesh:
