(1) These rules may be called the Conduct of Elections (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, in rule 93, in sub -rule (2), in clause (a), after the word “papers”, the words “as specified in these rule s” shall be inserted. [F.
