It shall be ensured that above mentioned officer shall not function as Chief Electrical Inspector in respect of any electrical work or installation, for which, execution or maintenance is his responsibility. The officer appointed as Chief Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
