The Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2023.

THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT , 2023 NO. 36 OF 2023 [17th December , 2023.] An Act further to amend the Central Universities Act, 2009. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. (1) This Act may be called the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may , by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. In the Central Universities Act, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), after section 3F , the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “3G.
