No. 6-3-680/8/3,PNO-03, 2nd Floor, PMR Plaza, Thakur Mansion Lane, Somajiguda, Hyderabad – 500082, Telangana, India, has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line included in the transmission scheme, “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s ABC CT RE Park (01) Pvt. Ltd. for its 250 MW wind power project in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh." And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No. 25-17/43/2025-PG dated 05.05.2025 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for overhead line covered under the transmission scheme, “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s ABC CT RE Park (01) Pvt. Ltd. for its 250 MW wind power project in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh". M/s ABC CT RE PARK (01) Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers The Hindu (in English) dated 24.08.2025, Daily Hindi Milap (in Hindi) dated 24.08.2025 and Andhrajyothy (in Telugu) dated 24.08.2025 and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 13.09.2025 for the general public to make observations/ representations on the proposed transmission route within two months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s ABC CT RE PARK (01) Private Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 17.03.2026 declaring that no observation/ representation was received within two months from the date of Publication in the Newspaper/official Gazette of Government of India. And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s ABC CT RE Park (01) Pvt. Ltd. for its 250 MW wind power project in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh." The following overhead line is covered under this scheme: (i) Intermediate substation of M/s ABC CT RE Park (01) Pvt. Ltd (Generation Switchyard located at Hebbatum Village, Holagunda Taluk, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh) - Pooling Station of M/s ABC Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. (Generation Switchyard located at Yedavali Village, Maddikera Taluk, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh) –400 kV S/c line on D/c towers. The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line. ii. The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/ codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under the Electricity Act, 2003. iii. The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. iv. The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. V. M/s ABC CT RE PARK (01) Private Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection.
