M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited published public notices in English newspapers Hindustan Times and Indian Express on 31.08.2025 and in the Weekly Gazette of India on 27.09.2025, receiving one observation which was suitably replied to, as declared in an affidavit dated 19.03.2026. The applicant also submitted an undertaking dated 11.02.2026, confirming the proposed route is outside the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) Priority Area of Rajasthan and Gujarat, and committed to complying with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India's judgment dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019 and any subsequent directions. The approval is valid for 25 years and subject to conditions including obtaining consent from concerned authorities, adherence to Appropriate Commission regulations, operation after Electrical Inspector approval, compliance with the Electricity Act, 2003, submission of clearances to the Central Electricity Authority, and continued compliance with Supreme Court directions regarding the GIB area if applicable. L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-18052026-272661 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2450] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026/VAISAKHA 28,1948 3539 GI/2026 MINISTRY OF POWER ORDER New Delhi, the 15th May, 2026 S.O. 2542(E). — Whereas M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited the applicant with its registered Office at ENGIE, Unit No. 3, 4 & 5, Sixth Floor, Fountainhead Tower – 2, Viman Nagar, Pune – 411014, Maharashtra, India has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited for its proposed 100 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan". And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No. 25-17/79/2025-PG dated 20.08.2025 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited for its proposed 100 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan". M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) dated 31.08.2025 Yugpaksh Dainik (Hindi) dated 01.09.2025 Hindustan Times (English) dated 31.08.2025, Indian Express (English) dated 31.08.2025, and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 27.09.2025 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within 2 Months from the date of publication. Subsequently M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 19.03.2026 declaring that One (1) observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date of Publication of public notice and observation received was suitably replied. M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited has submitted an Undertaking dated 11.02.2026 stating that the route of the proposed overhead transmission line(s) is located outside the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) Priority Area of Rajasthan and Gujarat, as referred to in the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019; the applicant has further undertaken to comply with all directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as contained in the said judgment as well as with any subsequent directions issued by the competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and has also stated that the transmission line alignment has been optimized, in such a way that they share maximum common stretch to the extent possible. And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme "Transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited for its proposed 100 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme: • Litsolaire Energy Pvt. Ltd. generation pooling station (in village Bhanipura, District Bikaner, Rajasthan) ReNew Dinkar Urja pvt. Ltd. Solar Plant (PSS Located in village Kawani, District Bikaner, Rajsathan) 220 kV S/c line on D/c towers (total line length is about 19 km). (ii) The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line. (iii) The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under Electricity Act, 2003. (iv) The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. (v) The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. (vi) M/s Litsolaire Energy Private Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection. (vii) In case, the route of above overhead lines (or some portion of the route of above overhead line) falls in the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) area, the applicant has to comply with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its order dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019 and any other directions given by competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
