In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 246(E), dated 17th January, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph A, in sub-paragraph II, in clause (3), in Tables, for the figures “2024”, wherever they occur, the figures “2025” shall be substituted.
