Gwalior - 474002, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/14678-INC dated 22/11/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 22/11/2022 was also enclosed to Sai Samrth School of Nursing situated at Near Mohite Garden Ghatampur Bahodapur, Distt. Gwalior 474002, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Sai Samrth School of Nursing. Even the institution, Sai Samrth School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 30/12/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 23/02/2023 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Sai Samrth School of Nursing situated Near Mohite Garden Ghatampur Bahodapur, Distt. Gwalior – 474002, Madhya Pradesh, shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh subject to orders of state government Madhya Pradesh. Lt.
