The Indian Nursing Council, by Withdrawal Order F.No. 18-18/14678-INC dated 22nd July 2024, in exercise of powers under section 14 of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), withdraws recognition of Sai Samrth School of Nursing, located near Mohite Garden, Ghatampur Bahodapur, District Gwalior-474002, Madhya Pradesh (previously recognised by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct the GNM Course), effective from 23/02/2023, under section 14(3)(b) of the Act; the withdrawal follows a notice dated 22/11/2022 to the Principal Secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh, to which no recommendation was received from the State Government and to which the institution itself did not respond, and an inspection report dated 30/12/2021 which found serious deficiencies in clinical and teaching facilities rendering the institution unable to run the GNM Course; as a result, any person holding a GNM qualification from Sai Samrth School of Nursing shall be entitled to registration only within the State of Madhya Pradesh, subject to State Government orders. L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-17082024-256461 EXTRAORDINARY PART III—Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 625] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14, 2024/SHRAVANA 23, 1946 INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2024 WITHDRAWAL ORDER F.No. 18-18/14678-INC:—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Sai Samrth School of Nursing situated at Near Mohite Garden Ghatampur Bahodapur, Distt. Gwalior - 474002, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/14678-INC dated 22/11/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 22/11/2022 was also enclosed to Sai Samrth School of Nursing situated at Near Mohite Garden Ghatampur Bahodapur, Distt. Gwalior 474002, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Sai Samrth School of Nursing. Even the institution, Sai Samrth School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 30/12/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 23/02/2023 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Sai Samrth School of Nursing situated Near Mohite Garden Ghatampur Bahodapur, Distt. Gwalior – 474002, Madhya Pradesh, shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh subject to orders of state government Madhya Pradesh. Lt.
