NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 2025.
S.O. 4181 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and
Development) Act 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of
the Schedule below to be the competent authorities for the purposes of the said Act and for the provisions of sections
in respect of the functions to be performed by the said competent authorities as specified in column (4) falling within
the jurisdiction of Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited (A Government of Haryana Undertaking), C-7, Urja
Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula, Haryana, as specified in column (3) of the said Schedule.
