Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/15156-INC dated 15/11/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (Vallabh Bhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 15/11/2022 was also enclosed to Siddhi Vinayak Paramedical & Nursing College situated at NH-75 Jhansi Road Village Gandhari, Distt. Datia 475661, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Even the institution, Siddhi Vinayak Paramedical & Nursing College has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety.
