Additional Secretary (Public Finance Central), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance - Member (ex- officio)"; (b) For serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - "9. Senior Advisor (Agriculture & allied sectors), NITI Aayog - Member (ex-officio)"; (c) For serial number 46 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - "46.
