In pursuance of statute 8 of the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University Statutes, 2025, read with sub-section (2) of section 22 of the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University Act, 2025 (11 of 2025), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Cooperation, dated 16th July, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 3247(E), dated the 16th July, 2025, namely: — In the said notification, in paragraph 2, under the heading “Joint Secretary and above level officer from the Ministry of Cooperation", for serial number 3 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely: — "3. Two officers not below the rank of Joint Secretary from the Ministry of Cooperation, out of which one shall be an officer who is dealing with the Cooperative Policy and Parliament and the other one shall be an officer who is dealing with the Cooperation to Prosperity."
