MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 15th February, 2024/Magha 26, 1945 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 15th February, 2024 and is hereby published for general information:— THE CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED TRIBES) ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024 No. 7 OF 2024 [15th February, 2024.] An Act further to amend the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 to modify the list of Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Andhra Pradesh. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Short title. Act, 2024. Amendment of Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950. 2. In the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, in the Schedule, in C.O. 22. PART I.—Andhra Pradesh,— (a) for entry 25, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— "25. Porja, Bondo Porja, Khond Porja, Parangiperja"; (b) for entry 28, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— "28. Savaras, Kapu Savaras, Maliya Savaras, Konda Savaras, Khutto Savaras". DR.
