L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-13062026-273425 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2886] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2026/JYAISTHA 21, 1948 4203 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th June, 2026 S.O. 2984(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), the Central Government hereby makes a further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, number S.O. 5802 (E), dated the 16th December, 2025, namely:- In the said notification,- (1) in paragraph 4, for the existing paragraph, table and the entries relating thereto, the following paragraph, table and entries shall be substituted, namely- "4.
