NOTIFICAION
New Delhi, the 12th June, 2025
G.S.R. 381(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the Public Premises
(Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971, (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers
mentioned in column (2) of the table below, being an officer equivalent to the rank of a gazetted officer of the
Government of India, to be estate officers for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred,
and perform the duties imposed, on estate officer by or under the said Act, for the projects mentioned against their
names in column (4) for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette.
