NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026
S.O. 711(E). — In pursuance of section 21 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024),
the Central Government hereby authorises the officers specified in column (1) of the First Schedule
annexed hereto to exercise such of the powers (more specifically described in the second schedule annexed
hereto) as are specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said First Schedule.
