This corrigendum, G.S.R. 124(E), issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on 12th February, 2026, rectifies specific errors found in the English version of its previous Notification G.S.R. 77(E), dated 30th January, 2026, which was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), dated 31st January, 2026. The amendments are as follows: (a) on page 13, line 38, the text “3. Non-consensual rights or interests under the Convention. — (1)" is replaced with "3. Non-consensual rights or interests under the Convention. -"; and (b) on page 16, in line 10, "[See rule 2(i)(w)]" is substituted with "[See rule 2(1)(i)]", and in line 15, "clause (e)" is replaced with "clause (d)". The corrigendum was issued under F. No. AV-11012/4/2020-A-MOCA-Part(2) and signed by ASANGBA CHUBA AO, Jt. Secy.
