NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026
S.O. 710(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam,
2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers specified in column (1) of the First
Schedule annexed hereto to exercise such of the powers of the Director General of Civil Aviation (more
specifically described in the Second Schedule annexed hereto) as are specified in the corresponding entries
in column (2) of the said First Schedule.
