O. 5337(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 185(E), dated the 12th January, 2009, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (2) - (a) in Table 2, for the figures "2024", the figures "2025" shall be substituted; (b) in Table 3, for the figures "2024", the figures "2025" shall be substituted.
