NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th July, 2025
S.O. 3059(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Environment and Forests, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section
(ii), vide number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes amendment in
the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vide number
S.O. 5339 (E), dated the 10th December, 2024, namely:-
In the said notification,-
In paragraph 4, under the heading, 'State Level Expert Appraisal Committee-3', for serial number (vii) and the
entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:
"(vii) Additional Chief Environment Engineer or Senior Environmental
Engineer or Environmental Engineer, Rajasthan State Pollution
Control Board, Jaipur.
Member Secretary.".
