The National Highways Authority of India, through a Corrigendum dated 5th June, 2025 (F. No. 11011/19/2014-Admn.), has made two specific amendments to its National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2024, which were originally published on 30th December, 2024, in the Official Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section-4. The first amendment involves inserting the words “under ‘Failing which' clause in Column (11)” between 'provisions' and 'prescribed' in line 15 of clause (viii) of sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 6 on page 109. The second amendment replaces the word "and" with "or" in line 13 of Column (11) at Sl. No. 12, pertaining to the post of Chief General Manager (Finance and Accounts) on page 138. All other contents of the said notification shall remain unchanged. The Principal regulation was published vide notification No.11011/19/2014-Admn. dated 30th December, 2024, and a previous Corrigendum was published vide notification No.11011/19/2014-Admn. dated 20th January, 2025. An Explanatory Memorandum clarifies that anything done or omitted prior to the promulgation of this corrigendum shall not be affected. No.11011/19/2014-Admn., the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2024 published on 30th December, 2024, in the Official Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section-4, the following corrigenda are made, namely:- (i) In line No.15 of clause (viii) of sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 6 at page No.109, the words “under ‘Failing which' clause in Column (11)” shall be inserted between words 'provisions' and 'prescribed'. (ii) At Sl. No.12 relating to the post of Chief General Manager (Finance and Accounts) at page No.138, in line No.13 of Column (11), the word "and" shall be replaced by word “or”. 2.
