S.O. 1684(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation
Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes
the following amendments in the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii), vide number S.O. 481(E) dated 2nd February, 2023, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 3,-
In clause (1), for the Table 3.1 and Table 3.2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
