NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November, 2024
S.O. 4848(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Wild Life
(Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), read with sub-rule (3) of rule 3 of the National Board for Wild Life Rules, 2003,
the Central Government hereby nominates the following Members of Parliament as the members to the National Board
for Wild Life and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1093 (E), dated 22nd September 2003, namely:—
In the said notification in clause (c), for the serial numbers (i) to (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) Dr. Sambit Patra, Lok Sabha,
(ii) Shri Chudasama Rajeshbhai Naranbhai, Lok Sabha,
(iii) Shri Dorjee Tshering Lepcha, Rajya Sabha.".
