(1) These rules may be called the Supreme Court (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, In Order VIII, in rule 8, in sub-rule (1), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided further that the Court may, by a notification published in the Official Gazette, amend, alter or modify Part IV of the Third Schedule".
