Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Power, through Notification S.O. 3620(E) dated 4th August, 2025, announces that the Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by clauses (b) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), and in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby specifies Domestic Gas Stoves. These specified stoves are intended for use with Liquefied Petroleum Gas at a 30 gf/cm² gas inlet pressure and are specified for the purposes of the said Act. The notification is signed by Akash Tripathi, Additional Secretary.
