Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may – (i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act; or (ii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting license ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the office of the Executive Director or Coal Co-ordination, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited, Registered office No-135, EVR Periyar High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010, Tamil Nadu or Corporate Office at Block-1, Neyveli 607801, District Cuddalore, Tamilnadu within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
