L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2810] NEW DELHI , TUESDAY, JULY 4, 2023/ASHADHA 13, 194 5 CG-DL-E-05072023-247039 MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th July, 2023 S.O. 2935(E).—ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development ) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Coal, vide number S.O. 1398(E), dated the 23rd March, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (ii), dated the 23rd March, 2023, namely : - 2. In the sai d notification, in the Schedule, -- (i) under the heading serial number (1),‘ Plots to be acquired in village Arakhapal (Part)’: ,-- (a) for plot number "251/1494", plot number “1251/1494” shall be substitu ted ; (b) for plot number "154/1704", plot number “1154/1704”shallbe substituted. (ii) under the heading serial number (7), ‘Plot numbers to be acquired in village Madanmohanpur (Part)’ : , for plot number “4/548”, plot number “24/548” shall be substituted . (iii) under the heading serial number (8), ‘Plot numbers to be acquired in village: Kandhal (Part):’ , - (a) for plot number “825/2563” , plot number “1825/2563” shall be substituted; (b) for plot number “35/3335”, plot number “365/3335” shall be substituted; (c) for plot number “365/34/1”, plot number “365” shall be substituted. (iv) under the heading “Boundary description”, -- (a) In Line D -E, for plot number “3685”, plot number 36,85 shall be substituted ; In Line K -L, for plot number “405, 25”, plot number “25/40 5” sh all be substituted.
