BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. (1) This Act may be called the Mussalman Wakf (Repeal) Act, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. (1) The Mussalman Wakf Act, 1923 is hereby repealed. (2) The repeal by this Act shall not affect the previous operation of the Act so repealed or anything duly done or suffered thereunder, or any obligation or liability accrued or incurred under the Act so repealed, or any legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such obligation or liability, as aforesaid, and any such legal proceeding or remedy may be continued or enforced as if this Act had not been passed.
