EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 562] NEW DELH I, TUESDAY , OCTOBER 3, 2023/ ASVINA 11, 1945 CG-DL-E-04102023-249145 MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th September , 2023 G.S.R. 715(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, sub-section 2 of section 10 and sections 10A, 10B and 12A of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934), and after dispensing with the condition of previous publication in the public interest as required under the proviso to section 14 thereof, the Central Govern ment hereby makes the following rules to amend the Drone Rules, 2021, namely: –– (1) These rules may be called the Drone (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Form D -4 anne xed to the Drone Rules, 2021, under Part A relating to details of individual, for the entry against Serial number 5, the following entries shall be substituted, namely : - “5. Indian Passport Number or government issued proof of identity and government iss ued proof of address i.e. , a Voter’s ID card, Ration Card or Driving Licens e”. [F.
