In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- para 3.2 of the Guidelines circulated under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (no. 36 of 2003), the Central Government had notified/ modified scope of following transmission scheme, for implementation under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mode, vide Gazette Notification mentioned below table: +--------+-------------------------------------------------------------+----------------------------------------------+ | Sl.
