Tech (Electrical) | 19 | Electrical Inspector | +------+----------------------+-------------------------------------+------------+------------------------------+ The above mentioned officers shall exercise the powers and perform his functions in respect of electrical works, electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied by the DMRC or in respect of work and electrical installations under the control of DMRC/belonging to DMRC as per the procedure provided in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time. It shall be ensured that above said officers shall not function as Electrical Inspectors in respect of any electrical work or installation, the execution or maintenance of which is his responsibility. The officers appointed as Chief Electrical Inspectors and Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
