The declaration, made in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 11 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, states that SRI PAKA VENKATA SATYANARAYANA, sponsored by BHARATIYA JANATA PARTY, has been duly elected in the Bye-Election by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh to fill this vacancy. The declaration was signed by the Returning Officer at A.P. Assembly Buildings, Velagapudi, Guntur on 02-05-2025.
