The Central Government hereby notifies the following amendment in the said guidelines dated 26th July, 2023:- Clause 14.5 of the existing guidelines is modified as follows: - Clause 14.5. Delay incommencement of supply of power: Clause 14.5 (b)(ii) shall stand deleted.
