New Delhi, the 28th March, 2025
S.O. 1551(E).—Whereas M/s Dhule Power Transmission Limited having its registered address at Shop
No-28A, Ground Floor, Omaxe Square, Jasola, New Delhi- 110025, India has applied for authorization under Section
164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the transmission scheme "Transmission
scheme for evacuation of power from Dhule 2 GW REZ".
And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No.25-17/36/2023-PG dated 06.11.2023
had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the
transmission scheme “Transmission scheme for evacuation of power from Dhule 2 GW REZ".
M/s Dhule Power Transmission Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers
Business Standard (in English) dated 23.10.2024, Navbharat (in Hindi) dated 23.10.2024, Lokmat Hello Dhule (in
Marathi) dated 23.10.2024, Khandesh Khabar (in Marathi) dated 23.10.2024 and in Weekly Gazette of India dated
09.11.2024 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within
2 Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Dhule Power Transmission Limited has submitted an
affidavit dated 30.01.2025 declaring that one observation/representation was received within 2 Months from the date
of Publication in the Newspaper / official gazette of Government of India, the same has been answered by M/s Dhule
Power Transmission Limited and no further observation/representation is received.
And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity
Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of
telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so
established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme "Transmission scheme for
evacuation of power from Dhule 2 GW REZ". The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:
1. Dhule PS – Dhule (BDTCL) 400 kV D/c line
The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following
villages, towns and cities of Maharashtra:
