WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th November, 2024
F.No. 18-12/4461-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council
Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order: Whereas, Swatantarta
Sainani School Of Nursing situated at 1st Floor Agnihotri Eye Hospital, Tyal Garden, Hisar, Distt.- Hissar, Pin
Code- 125001, Haryana is recognized by State Government of Haryana and Haryana Nurses and Nurse-Midwives
Council to conduct ANM and GNM Course.
Whereas, a notice no. 18-12/4461-INC (52721) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section
14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare,
Government of Haryana, R.No. 102, 1st Floor, New Haryana Secretariat Building, Sec – 17, Chandigarh – 160017 was
issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to Swatantarta Sainani School Of Nursing situated at
1st Floor Agnihotri Eye Hospital, Tyal Garden, Hisar, Distt.- Hissar, Pin Code- 125001, Haryana. In the notice
issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of
the nursing institution.
Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case
of Swatantarta Sainani School of Nursing. Even the institution Swatantarta Sainani School of Nursing has not
responded to the notices issued.
Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 05/08/2023
would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and
teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run ANM and GNM
Course.
Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947
declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM and GNM from
Swatantarta Sainani School Of Nursing situated at 1st Floor Agnihotri Eye Hospital, Tyal Garden, Hisar, Distt.-
Hissar, Pin Code- 125001, Haryana. Shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Shall be
entitled to be registered only in the State of Haryana.
