L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01012025-259829 EXTRAORDINARY PART III—Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1072] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2024/PAUSHA 6, 1946 INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 19th November, 2024 F.No. 18-18/15608-INC: —In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Shyam Adarsh College of Nursing situated at Village Puraina, P.O. Sonaura, Rewa Distt. Rewa 486003 Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/15608-INC (52858) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Distt. Bhopal 462004 Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to, Shyam Adarsh College of Nursing situated at Village Puraina, P.O. Sonaura, Rewa Distt. Rewa 486003 Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Shyam Adarsh College of Nursing Even the institution Shyam Adarsh College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 30/05/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Shyam Adarsh College of Nursing situated at Village Puraina, P.O.
