Detailed Summary

The Directorate of Gurdwara Elections, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, issued Notification F. No. 1/367/DGE/2020/1335 on 22nd October, 2025. Exercising powers conferred under Rule 3(1) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Registration of Electors) Rules, 1973, the Lt. Governor of Delhi has appointed Shri Rajesh Meena, Dy. Director, DHS, as the Electoral Registration Officer for the Government of NCT of Delhi. This appointment is effective immediately, for the specific purpose of preparing Fresh Photo Electoral Rolls for the election of Members across 46 Gurdwara Wards of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, which was established under Section 3 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Act, 1971. The order was issued by Manvinder Singh, Director (GE), in the name of the Lt. Governor.
