Detailed Summary

The High Court of Delhi, vide Notification F. No. 80/Rules/DHC dated 27th September, 2025, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966), has made an amendment to Part B of Chapter 5 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V. This amendment inserts a new sub-rule (vii) after the existing sub-rule (vi) of Rule 2, which permits any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record to apply for an uncertified or certified copy printed in Braille. This amendment will come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette. The notification was issued by order of the Court and signed by Arun Bhardwaj, Registrar General.
