The High Court of Delhi, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) read with Sections 122 and 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, issued Notification No. 30/Rules/DHC on 26th May, 2025. This notification makes an amendment to the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V. Specifically, it amends Rule 1 of Part B of Chapter 3 by inserting a new Serial No. 4B in the Schedule appended with Clause (xix) of Rule 1, between existing serial numbers 4A and 5. The new entry specifies that the Appellate Tribunal under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, shall be heard by a Bench of two Judges. This amendment shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
