No. 2(6)/06/DC/Enft./Pt. File/Vol-II/281-286 dated 17.01.2023, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Rajeev Bhargava, Deputy Drugs Controller Delhi as the Controlling Authority for the purpose of the said Rules for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
